Hi Everyone - On Monday my back was hurting from practicing at Dunkirk, so I didn't go to the gym I went swimming with my younger brother Jack.

On Tuesday and Wednesday I went to the gym for two hours, I was still in some pain with my back injury so my Dad Phil took me to see a sports physio on Thursday and he said the muscles in the middle of my back were really tight, which was causing the base of my back to be overworked - he gave me a massage and clicked all my back bones that felt weird and that loosened me up a lot.

He said I wasn't allowed to train for 24 hours so …
