I raced the first round of the under 21's this week, my first main adult event. At the academy we have been working hard on getting better qualifying laps and my other weakness last year was my fitness which I have also been trying to improve.

Signed on and got the race programme and couldn't see anybody slow on it fifty nine fast riders and top 40 to qualified, I didn't have a clue how I would get on.

When Mark Hucklebridge got to Little Silver I went with him to look at the start and check out the track, good fair start so the help with the nerves, and Mark told me some lines.
