BERT HARKINS RACING BOUGHT BY ACERBIS & SCOTT

Bert Harkins, Manager Director & Founder of Bert Harkins Racing Ltd., and Franco Acerbis, President of Acerbis Italia Spa, are pleased to announce that, as from 1st September 2007, all Scott and Acerbis products will be distributed in this country by the new company, ACERBIS UK. The new company, ACERBIS UK will operate from the former BHR Headquarters, UNIT 2 LUTON ENTERPRISE PARK, SUNDON PARK, LUTON, BEDS. LU3 3GU Telephone & Fax numbers will remain the same (see below) To ensure the smooth transition, Acerbis UK will also take on all of the BHR staff , "Our staff are excellent", said Harkins, "and very knowledgeable about all of our products, so there will be no teething problems with the changeover". They will also be joined by Daniele Botti and Veronika Luckner from Acerbis Italy and Bert Harkins will act as Consultant for the new company with Promotion, Racing and Press support. "This is a very exciting time for our UK dealers", said Bert, "I have known Franco Acerbis for many years and he is passionate about his products and the sport and he is really looking forward to having more involvement with the UK.
