Freecaster TV becomes media partner for MX of Nations Team Belgium
July 25, 2007
The Belgian Motocross of Nations Team announced today that it has joined forces with Freecaster.tv Freecaster.tv is the online reference for sports and music beyond TV. Freecaster’s media library
offers more than 15 channels featuring high quality video content accessible free and on-demand from over 700 web sites worldwide. The MX/FMX channel has grown rapidly over the last couple of months presenting exclusive clips from world class events such as the FIM MX World Motocross championship and Red Bull Xfighters.

The announcement of the Freecaster partnership comes two weeks after the 14-time MxoN winners have disclosed the nine names of their pre-selection. Team Belgium manager Joël Smets is due to make his final selection of three riders public at the Belgian GP in Namur on August 5. As part of the agreement the Belgian riders will be sporting the Freecaster.tv logo on their race shirt at the MXoN in Budds Creek. In return Freecaster.tv will produce and broadcast special content on the Belgian MX of Nations team.
“The association with the Belgian MX of Nations team adds even more credibility to Freecaster’s efforts in motocross,” said Mike Van Cleven, Freecaster MX/FMX Channel manager. “It will also give us the opportunity to create content with a great added value because we will follow the team from their buildup right to their arrival in the States and the actual race! Of course we also would like them to do well, Freecaster is an international company but we are proud to support our home team.”
“We’re very happy to have Freecaster.tv on board,” comments Christian Burnham, commercial manager of the Belgian MXoN Team on behalf of 2CMX. “ The Motocross of Nations means a lot to a great number of MX fans all over the world. It will be cool for them to see first hand what this race means to the riders and the people who are supporting us.”
