MOTO - First things first congrats on your championship win yesterday, how did it feel when you crossed the line knowing you're British champion?BILLY - I knew a lap before that I was British champ, I knew what I had to do before the race and I kept my eye on Ken the whole time - when I crossed the line it was just relief. I don't know what I feel, I guess it will all sink in when I see the magazines and pictures because right now its just a memory, I need a slide show! MOTO - I think there will be plenty of images and video's to remind you real soon - You have a huge week ahead, whats the plans when you touch down stateside?
BILLY - Relax with the team, have fun, practise and enjoy it. I've never ridden Budds Creek before but it looks good. MOTO - Have you set yourself a goal or will you just let things happen?
BILLY - I guess I have a few mental goals in my head but when I get there we'll just have to see what happens - I wanna run top three in the races. MOTO - Last one from us dude - You're going to be banging bars with a short stocky american bloke by the name of Ricky - whats your take on that?
BILLY - If I can get close enough to bang bars I'll be well happy! MOTO - Great answer CHAMP, see you at Budds...
