July 17, 2007

Scotland has not entered a full team into the event since hosting the Honest International back in 1992 at the great Knockhill circuit. However, with strong performances from our riders in this year's British Youth National champs we feel it is time to get back into International Youth competition.
We have some of our best rider's lined up to go to Sweden looking forward to having a good time and motivated to ride for a good result.

Rider's entered -

85cc/150cc (12-15yrs) - Ewan McLaren, Steven Craig, Mattew Flemming, and Mark Perfect
125cc/250cc (14-18yrs) - Tommy Fenwick, Scott Findlay, Ryan Blair, Sean MacDonald, Joe Garrick, and Lewis Bruce

The team is being coached by Stuart Flockhart (runner-up in 1996 Honest Int in the 125cc class and managed by SACU Motocross Chairman Andy Russell. We would like to thank the SACU for their support in this event and we are happy to have Red Bull Scotland (LIQUIDe Limited) backing the team, aswell as support from The Scottish Sun newspaper who are following the team's progress throughout.
