What is Optix?
Tired of cleaning their goggles and eyewear with a jersey sleeve or a piece of tissue, the Muc-Off crew set about developing a new cleaning pack. Optix was born! It's ideal for keeping in a ride pack or car glove box for quick and safe cleaning on the move.
What will it clean?
The Optix pack will quickly remove dust, Dirt, Grime, Snow, Sweat & Oily residue from all eyewear and goggles. 'Muc-Off Eyewear & Goggle Cleaner' leaves a streak free, sparkling finish to help increase your vision and safety. It's also ideal for cleaning helmets.
So what's in the pack?
Each kit contains a premium quality microfibre cloth which has been specifically designed to clean delicate finishes. The pack also includes a 35ml spray bottle containing an advanced pH balanced, biodegradable cleaning formula. The Optix case is made from EVA and ensures the cloth is kept contaminate free, a carabiner ensures the pack can quickly be added to a ride pack. Full instructions and care advice are also included.
How was this kit created?
Alex Trimnell Muc-Off's MD and product creator comments "It's taken 18 months to design and create the Optix packs and we are very excited by the end result. We used only the finest quality materials throughout to ensure the surface is not damaged during cleaning. The most important function of this kit is to ensure the cloth is kept contaminate free so it's always ready to use on the move.
I've seen plenty of riders using all sorts of harmful materials for cleaning their expensive eyewear or goggles which leads to damage and a reduction in visibility! This drove me to design and develop a cleaning pack which can handle cleaning on the move. I hope you'll try it for yourself. If you do, I'm sure you'll agree that you just can't survive without it!"

What is Nano?
Nano deals with materials & objects on the scale of a nanometre (one-billionth of a metre).
How small is a nanometre?
Very small, approximately 1/80000th of the diameter of a human hair! This compares to traditional chemicals which use micro scale materials which are approximately 1/80th the diameter of a human hair.
