Motocross is dangerous we all know that but this weekend at Red Bud saw Mike Alessi crash and sustained some serious injuries including fracturing both scapula’s, his rib and bruised his lung and will be out of action for sometime.
This video shows the full extent of what happened - certainly not for the squeamish!
