Waterman runs away with it

September 27, 2007

Last season Team Green rider Josh Waterman had to watch helplessly from the side lines as his BSMA championship lead disappeared after he picked up an injury during a previous race. This season he was determined that it would not happen again and pushed hard every race to ensure the win.

Arriving at the last round Josh just needed good points to guarantee the title. In the first three races Josh rode safely and the championship was his with three second places.

With his days work complete, Josh went out in the final race and showed everyone why he is the 2007 British Schoolboy Motocross Association Senior 250 Champion by taking the win in fine style, a great way to end his season in the series.

In the same series Team Green rider Connor Walkey took second overall in the Big Wheel 85cc championship in his first season in the class, and still only 12 years of age ! A great season for Connor.
