First and second experts raceswent to Alex WILSON number 122 from Wakefield,however Stephen Heighton number 109 got a flyer and the pair of them kept the crowd on their toes for the whole race, Stephen got the flag first and was congratulated by Alex.
Carlon Husband got a hat trick in the junior A's and the track was kept relatively dust free on a scorching day by the stirling efforts of the track crew.
Local trials rider Karl Kirkbride got 2 holeshots in the clubmen class to come 3rd in class.
It was good to see the Wingate warrier Barry Turnbull back on a new bike but turned his old Husaberg out in the 3rd race.
All in all a day enjoyed by riders and many spectators.
Next meeting 15th June.
